GNM Nursing stands for General Nursing Midwifery Nursing, it is a diploma program of 3.5 years to train nurses as medical support staff. This 3.5 years program includes 6 months of mandatory medical internship training from a reputed hospital. The admission of the candidates will be processed based on the marks scored in 10+2 and the merit list of the respective entrance exam.

MRIT has 6 well-equipped laboratories which are Nursing Foundation, Maternal Child Health Nursing, Anatomy & Physiology, Community health nursing, Nutrition lab., Computer Lab.
